  2. Behavior: All passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. No illegal activity, abusive language, or behavior that threatens the safety of the driver or other passengers is permitted.
  3. Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles as a result of negligence or misconduct.
  4. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in our vehicles.

8. Safety and Compliance

  1. Driver Qualification: Our chauffeurs are properly licensed and trained in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance. However, in the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement vehicle.
